Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Borneo Pet Trading. We strive to provide the best products and customer service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

  • l Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.

  • l Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • l Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item or a similar item of equal value. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • l Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
